Hello Fresh is a food box that delivers complete meals to your door—that you then prepare. While you can’t choose your ingredients, you can pick your recipes ahead of time and substitute meals you think you’ll hate. However, since you've still got to actually cook the meals, avoiding specific ingredients remains pretty easy if you know you dislike spicy foods, certain vegetables, or whatever.
There are three Hello Fresh boxes to choose from: classic, veggie, and family. The classic box contains a combination of meats, produce, and grains. The veggie option is for vegetarians and contains animal-free proteins. Finally, the family box is geared towards households with children, but it is explicitly picky-eater friendly as well. The boxes range in price from $59 to $79.95 per week. All boxes have the option to feed two to four adults.

The meals offered by Plated are a little more adventurous than those of Hello Fresh, but you do have the option to leave out specific ingredients. Each week, you choose from nine possible menu items, which means that even the pickiest of eaters will probably find something they enjoy.
Despite being slightly on the foodie side, the meals are still easy to prepare in just a few steps, so no chef-level skills are required. Depending on how many meals you order, your box can be as low as $54 per week.
Graze

Graze is insanely popular, especially among picky eaters, because you have options about what you get in your box. When registering, you create a snack preference profile that lets Graze know which foods you enjoy and which you're not interested in. Each week, you're sent a variety box based on those preferences—it contains eight snacks and costs only $11.99
Additionally, there are also themed boxes if you know you only want to receive one particular kind of snack each week. Whatever your flavor profile may be, Graze has something to accommodate you.

EatsieBox is a newcomer to the snack subscription box world, but it’s a no-brainer for picky eaters because of the variety offered. Before ordering, you define your flavor profile, choosing what snacks you like and what you hate.
Then, EatsieBox takes what you love and fills the box full of goodies that you’ll want month after month. You have the opportunity to pay monthly, every three months, six months, or yearly, but the price per box always starts at $23.
